We place the highest priority on protecting the health and wellbeing of our employees and customers so we wanted to let you know what we’re doing behind the scenes based on guidance from the Australian and Victorian government health departments. Measures include:
All team members thoroughly washing and sanitising hands every time they enter and leave our offices and distribution centres
All team members sanitising their hands before and after warehouse pickups and customer deliveries
All packing team wearing medical-grade protective gloves while arranging posies and / or packing customer orders
Clear direction to all team members to stay at home if they feel sick
These are by no means new measures, as we have always had health & safety policies in place for our team, but we want to reassure our caring customers that we have an action plan in place.
In addition to this, contactless delivery will become the norm for the foreseeable future. Our delivery drivers have been briefed as follows:
To sanitise their hands between each customer delivery
Wherever possible, they should not come into direct contact with customers / gift recipients
Instead, where safe, drivers will leave gifts and flowers at the front door of residential addresses or at the main entrance of commercial addresses
As an alternative to a signature from the recipient, drivers will instead take a photo of the flowers / gifts as confirmation of delivery
Our intention is to take a common sense and practical approach to this situation, these measures are not intended to cause panic or inconvenience. We will continue to monitor the situation daily and update our caring customers as things develop.

Flower Delivery - we have two price options for delivery:

Delivery price is calculated at final check out and is based off delivery location / postcode and delivery type.

We offer free shipping of our gift boxes and hampers for delivery to postcode 3228.
This postcode includes Torquay, Jan Juc, Bells Beach and Bellbrae.
We do not offer free shipping for our flowers.
Unfortunately we do not offer a pick up option at this stage.
However we do offer free delivery of our gift boxes and hampers to postcode 3228 (Torquay, Jan Juc, Bells Beach and Bellbrae).
Yes, we can and do delivery to hospitals - as long as they are currently accepting deliveries.
The ever changing rules and regulations on access to hospitals means we ask that you check and confirm with the hospital that they are accepting deliveries prior to placing an order. We cannot be held responsible for a failed delivery due to a hospital not accepting deliveries. A re-delivery fee will be charged if our delivery driver is turned away.
For delivery to a hospital, please enter as much information as possible in the 'additional delivery instructions' section at check out. This is information such as hospital name, ward, room, a contact phone number.

Sharing is Caring delivers gift boxes, hampers and flowers Monday to Sunday, 9am to 7pm.
Same Day and Set Day Deliveries:
Gift boxes and hampers will be delivered between 9am and 7pm on the delivery date selected.
An email will be sent to the email address provided when your gift box, hamper or flowers have been dispatched and again when it is successfully delivered.
Please note, we do aim to have our Mimosa Mornings hampers delivered by midday.
Australia Post Deliveries:
Gift boxes will be dispatched within 48 hours of order being placed and delivered with Australia Post using their Express Post service. Delivery usually takes 2-5 days (depending on delivery location) however please refer to the Australia Post website for up to date Express Post delivery timeframes https://auspost.com.au/service-updates/domestic-delivery-times
An email will be sent to the email address provided when your gift box has been dispatched and again when it is successfully delivered.

We are unable to provide specific delivery time slots for orders, sorry!
Same Day and Set Day Delivery
At checkout you will be asked to specify whether we have authority to leave the gift if there is no one at the recipient address to accept the delivery (no one home, no one answering door or phone number, no one to receive the delivery). We will always attempt to make contact with either yourself or the recipient if there's no answer at the delivery location. For this we will use the phone number provided at check out. If there's no answer to either our call we will revert to the ATL (authority to leave) option selected at check out.
If you have selected that 'yes' we have authority to leave, our courier partners will leave in the safest place they are able to locate.
If you have selected 'no' we don't have authority to leave, our courier partners will return the gift to Sharing is Caring HQ and redelivery fees will apply.
Due to a high number of deliveries each day our courier partners are only able to wait 5 minutes at each location.
Australia Post
Delivery will be made as per Australia Post Express Post guidelines. We do not request a signature on delivery. If there is a safe place to leave the gift box, the postie will do so. Otherwise, it will be taken to the Post Office for collection. All deliveries with Australia Post follow the regular Australia Post delivery guidelines. Please refer to the Aus Post website for further information.
At check out, we ask you whether we have authority to leave the gift if there is no one at the delivery address to accept the delivery.
If you answer 'yes' to this question: when our courier gets to the delivery address they will attempt to deliver to the recipient (ring door bell, knock on door, go to office reception etc) if there is no answer they will make contact using the phone number provided at check out. If there is still no answer they will leave the gift in the safest place they are able to access.
If you answer 'no' to this question: when our courier gets to the delivery address they will attempt to deliver to the recipient (ring door bell, knock on door, go to office reception etc) if there is no answer they will make contact using the phone number provided at check out. If after 5 minutes there is no answer to either a phone call or a text the courier will need to abort the delivery and return the gift to Sharing is Caring HQ.
Due to a high number of deliveries each day our courier partners cannot wait any longer than 5 minutes at each delivery location.
If yourself or the recipient responds to the phone call or text message after the 5 minute period, when our courier partner has already left the delivery zone - redelivery may incur a redelivery fee. Redelivery will incur a $30 redelivery fee. Redelivery may not be available on the same day. A future date may need to be selected.

You will receive a delivery confirmation email to confirm that your gift box, hamper or bunch of flowers have been delivered. Please remember that our delivery partners are busy delivering gifts all day long, they deliver until 7pm. This means you may not receive a confirmation email until after 7pm.

If you selected Same Day or Set Day delivery you will receive an email when your gift is with our courier and again when it has been delivered. Unfortunately our system does not allow for real time tracking and we are unable to provide specific delivery times or ETAs.
If you selected Australia Post delivery you will receive an email when your gift has been dispatched with tracking information. You can use this tracking information to track the delivery via the Aus Post website. You will also receive an email from us when your gift has been delivered.
The more information you can provide about the delivery location, the smoother the delivery process and the less chance of re-delivery fees being incurred.
Business Address: please provide the name of the business and whether the gift should be delivered to reception, a loading dock or building concierge.
Residential Address: please ensure that our drivers will be able to gain access to the property. If the address is within a secure building please ensure that the recipient will be home on the day of delivery or alternatively specify a safe location where the gift can be left. If the address is an apartment or unit, please ensure an apartment / unit number is provided. If our drivers cannot gain access to the property and they cannot reach the recipient or yourself the gift will be returned to the Sharing is Caring HQ and a re-delivery fee will apply.

If your order has not been delivered by 7pm on the date you specified for either Same Day or Set Day delivery, please reach out to us at hello@sharingiscaringaustralia.com and we will look into the delivery for you.
We will look into the status of your delivery with our couriers immediately. If we cannot provide an explanation and resolution immediately and 24 hours has passed since the chosen delivery date, we will launch an investigation with our courier partners.
We aim to provide a resolution for all investigations within 24 hours of the investigation launch.

The gift boxes, hampers and flowers pictured are an accurate representation of how yours will look on delivery to the recipient.
All items included in our gift boxes and hampers are hand selected when you place an order. This creates an individual gift and gifting experience. Because of this, occasionally the designs, brands and colours of products may vary for those shown in photos - but they will always be of equal or greater quality and value.
All our flowers are put together when you place an order. This creates the freshest and most long lasting bouquet. This also means our florists are able to create in season and on trend bouquets. The photos shown give you an idea of the style your bouquet will be and the description provided explains the colours and type of flower that will be included.

All our gift boxes come beautifully presented and packed. We believe the unboxing experience is part of the gift and pride ourselves on creating a truly memorable one.
We present our gifts in a reusable magnetic close gift box. These are a premium gift box and we love the fact they can be used over and over again - either to give another gift or as a storage box.
Our gift boxes include premium wood chip 'padding' and our custom statement 'olive branch' tissue paper. Our Sharing is Caring branding is included on the outside of the gift box and we tie each gift with a pastel bow in one of our signature Sharing is Caring pastel colours.

You can order multiple gifts in the one transaction but they must be going to the same delivery address on the same date.
Please note flowers and gifts ordered in the same transaction cannot be delivered at the same time even if they are going to the same address on the same date.
If you would like to order multiple gifts and have them delivered to different addresses, you will need to process in individual transactions.
For orders over 5+ gifts, please contact us at hello@sharingiscaringaustralia.com with all your order details and requirements (gift types, recipient delivery details, gift card message/s, delivery dates) and we will process and invoice you for your order separately.
We have specified where we have included a gluten free, dairy free or vegan products in our product descriptions.
All the chocolates we use are gluten free and vegan - yay!

All discount codes are single use only. This means their use is limited to once per customer.
Sharing is Caring will be operating at a limited capacity between Monday 27 November and Sunday 10 December. During this time we will not be processing or delivering any orders. Orders can be placed during this time however for Same Day and Set Day delivery you will not be able to select a delivery date between 27 November and 10 December. For Australia Post orders placed during this time, your orders will be dispatched via Express Post on Monday 11 December. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
